PAYMENT OPTIONS

Diamond Pharmacy provides you with the following payment options for your order:

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY: You pay either in cash or by credit/debit card your order by paying the employee of the partner company Courier when the products are delivered to your place at a charge of 1.50 euros.

CREDIT CARD CHARGE: When entering your card details the bank commits and does not initially charge the amount of your order. Your credit card is charged when invoicing to avoid problems in cases of non-immediate availability. In order to ensure the absolute security of electronic credit card transactions, they are made through the security system of Eurobank.
Online payment via PayPal: You log in to your personal account in PayPal where you make your payment in its secure environment.

PAYMENT AT THE PHARMACY: In case you choose to receive your order from our physical store, the payment will be made here, either by cash or card.

Deposit to the company's bank account: See below for instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL IN BANK ACCOUNT 
The steps for depositing into the company's bank account are:

• STEP 1: At the completion of your order you choose bank deposit as your payment method.
• STEP 2: Deposit the amount of money into one of the following accounts, putting your order number and name as a reason:

When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any costs of the transaction are borne solely by the customer and in no case diamondpharmacy.gr
To avoid any additional charges, please deposit the amount of money directly with one of the above partner banks. 
             
STEP 3: Then please send the deposit receipt via e-mail to orders@diamondpharmacy.gr
For your convenience, please provide the bank with your Name and Order Number as a reason.
Orders deposited into an account that are not paid within 5 days of their listing are automatically released.
