CANCELLATION- RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

A prerequisite for the return of products is that you have in your possession the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipment Bulletin, and so on).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product, please contact our Company to replace it. Our Company will replace the product if the requirements of the law are met and the terms of the Company's return policy are met. In case of return of a product if the consumer expressly wishes to be replaced, he will receive by e-mail a discount coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product(s), with which he can make a new order or simply replace the return product.

2) Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you acquired or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3a Law 2251/1994 shall not apply (a) to the supply of goods which may be altered or expire soon. (all baby milk products shall not be returned), (b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, (c) the supply of goods manufactured in accordance with the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods and (d) the supply of goods which, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The purchased products must be returned to their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (proof/invoice). Since the purchase was made by credit/debit card, a transaction will be cancelled and the consumer's account updated (credit) within 14 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all money we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will execute the above refund using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund unless you propose a different means of refunding your money (than the one you used in the original transaction) at which time you will inincurred any costs of using diamondpharmacy of different which (expenses) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.. In our physical store: You can visit our Pharmacy where our staff will check the condition of the product and serve you. If you wish to replace the product or change the product with another product, it is recommended that you contact our store in advance to confirm the availability of the new product. 2. Shipment of product: You can send the product to our company's headquarters following the following procedure: First you pack the product in the box in which you received your order. In the package you place completed the printed withdrawal template (PDF) that you received attached to the confirmation e-mail of your order and finally you send the package, taking into account the Return Department. Once you register your order on our website or place your order by phone, or send FAX with your order, at hours outside the hours 09:00 - 17:00 on days (Monday - Friday), it is possible to cancel it a) with a later e-mail order on info@diamondpharmacy.gr, if it is sent and received from diamondpharmacy.gr before 9:00 a.m. on the day of receipt of the e-mail order b) with an update of diamondpharmacy.gr, at tel. 2551 028396 , provided that the products have NOT been delivered for shipment.

2. In any other case you can cancel your order by phone at tel. 2551 028396, with FAX at 2551025181, by e-mail to info@diamondpharmacy.gr or by visiting our store, provided the products have NOT been delivered for shipment. For your convenience, know your order number.

The diamondpharmacy.gr reserves the right to legally repeal or amend its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. In the event of repeated refunds by the consumer, diamondpharmacy.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept a product refund due to abuse of the right to withdraw or replace our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 CC). If the legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions are not met to accept the return of a product, then this will be refunded to the consumer, who will be charged with the costs of packaging and shipping.
