RETURN POLICY

In our effort to meet your expectations and to meet as best as possible your requirements, Diamondpharmacy.gr customers are offered the possibility of returning all products, for the exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery based on the receipt documents, provided that they comply with the following conditions.

We reserve the right to reject refunds of products that have not been returned in accordance with the return policy terms listed below.

You may also be asked to pay the cost of shipping these goods that will be returned back to you in case of non-compliance with the specifications.

Returns of products such as: Infant milk and baby creams, food, underwear, face masks and refrigerator products will not be accepted for safety, hygiene and proper maintenance.

The following conditions must be met for the return of the products to the Diamondpharmacy.gr:

The request for an exchange refund shall not exceed 14 working days from the date of delivery on the basis of the receipt documents.

All refunds and exchanges must be received in the original condition in which you received the product.

In case of error of our company, the refund is accepted if you notify us in a period of not more than 5 working days. We fully return the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs.

In the event that no error occurs on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. Retail receipts are required for refunds. In case of issue of an invoice, the refund must be made by means of a shipment note.

If the product meets the above criteria, you can send it back to us for replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the refund.

Please remember that we can proceed with the refund if the returned products meet all the above conditions and are suitable for resale.

To return a non-defective product and refund to the customer, the initial shipping costs are charged to the customer and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For the return of an incorrect, non-damaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of refunding the money, the customer assumes the costs of sending the refund.

The customer is always responsible for sending the product back to our offices, as as a recipient it is not possible for Diamondpharmacy.gr to search your package in any postal/transport.
