SHIPPING METHODS

GENERAL INFORMATION
Any products marked "Immediate Availability" are shipped with the partner courier company within 1 to 3 working days from the day you placed your order.
For products that do not bear the above indication we will inform you either by phone or by email about the progress of your order. The waiting time until the completion of your order, if the product is not readily available, may reach 3 to 5 business days.
All deliveries of orders will be made in business days and hours of Courier companies. Once your order is sent from our pharmacy, the delivery time depends solely on the cooperating courier company as well as the area you live in. 
During periods when the shipping volume is large there may be a delay in the delivery of your order.
Upon completion of your order, you will be automatically sent an e-mail containing information about its progress.

PICK UP FROM THE PHARMACY
 
Orders for pick-up from the pharmacy can be served the next day or even the same day. We inform you by phone or email when your order is ready.

Pick-up times from the pharmacy :Monday and Wednesday : 08:00 - 14:30

                                                      Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 08:00 - 14:00 and 18:00 - 21:00

                                                      Saturday : 10:00 - 14:00

For orders received from our physical store you will not be charged extra costs.
Shipping nationwide

For purchases over 39.90 € and for weight up to 5 kg the shipment is FREE. The delivery of the products to your place is done with the courier company Speedex. For orders less than 39.90 €, and weighing up to 5 kg, shipping costs are only 2.50 €. In case the payment method is on delivery, there is an additional charge of 1.5 €.
For orders worth more than 39,90€ and weighing more than 5 kg (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of the amount there are volumetric costs which are calculated automatically upon completion. In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (indicative strikes, holidays, bad weather, restrictions due to government measures, etc.) we will contact you in order to tell us if you wish to complete your order.
