USE

Children 1-3 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml)
Children over 3 years: 2 teaspoons (10ml)
Adults and the elderly: Take 1 tablespoon (15ml)

It is preferably taken after a meal as a dietary supplement or according to your doctor's instructions.

Consult your doctor if you are on anticoagulant therapy.

CAUTION

Shake well before use. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 2 months.

Separation and the presence of small droplets of oil are natural phenomena possible during storage.
